Grace Bridge Community Reach
Grace Bridge Community Reach is a community-based non-profit organization committed to advancing equitable access to food, economic opportunity, and skills development for underserved populations in Ontario.
Based out of Sarnia, Ontario, we deliver targeted programs that address food insecurity, support Black entrepreneurs, and build youth capacity through education, mentorship, and workforce readiness initiatives.
